Our Specialty
Fouée is a small ball of dough baked in a very hot oven, where it puffs up to form a light, crispy pocket. Served piping hot, it is opened and filled with generous toppings, inspired by the moment.
At Le Foyer, we offer a selection of homemade filled fouées, highlighting quality ingredients and simple yet flavorful combinations. A convivial dish meant to be shared, inviting you to discover an authentic tradition from western France, reimagined with our own sensibility.
